Weight Management 500 Calorie Protocol

After completing the 14 day Comprehensive Detox the body is cleared of toxins and weight-loss results can be maximized with a combined approach of diet and professional grade homeopathics and nutraceuticals. After first 7 days of Detox protocol, clients will have 2 days of fat loading to prepare the body for the extremely calorie-restricted diet step. After the 2 days of "fat" loading, clients will follow a 500 calorie per day plan with restricted foods. On day 21; clients will follow a maintenance plan for another 21 days until goals have been reached, then they can slowly introduce foods back into their new healthy lifestyle changes.

After completing the 14 day Comprehensive Detox the body is cleared of toxins and weight-loss results can be maximized with a combined approach of diet and professional grade homeopathics and nutraceuticals. After first 7 days, unlike Lean-Body 500 Calorie Protocol, there is no fat loading. Clients simply skip the 2 fat-loading days and move directly into the calorie-restricted portion of the protocol. Clients will follow a 1000 calorie per day plan. The food recommendations and foods to avoid are the same as the 500 calorie except for these two differences; participants are allowed to drink one Protein Shake each day for breakfast and eat double the amount of protein (6 ounces instead of 3 ounces) for two meals per day. Clients will follow a maintenance 21 day plan.

Exercise Level - Moderately active (or healthy enough to begin a moderate exercise regimen) or job requires significant physical activity. Clients should participate in 20-25 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of resistance training 5 times per week. This is key to the Active-Body Protocol.

This is also an option for those who are unable to control hunger and cravings while completing the Lean-Body 500 Protocol.
Series Symptoms Relief Program
Each kit contains: Comprehensive Detox Kit, (2) Series Kits, Smart Silver, Liposomal Vitamin C and HerX and/or Series Plus Remedy, includes inital consult and 4 weekly follow up appointments.
